We, Paul Svendsen and Mary Christian, are a husband and wife writing team, creating novels both as individuals and as co-authors. We moved to Reno, Nevada from St. Louis, about six years ago and love the beautiful Sierra Nevada Mountains. Living very close to Lake Tahoe, we relish driving up the hairpin bends of Mount Rose Highway to laze on the beach or just to have lunch overlooking the deep blue water. The high desert climate of Northern Nevada allows us to take full advantage of the endless blue skies and brilliant sunshine, perfect for bike riding around our neighborhood or walking our two long-haired dachshunds, Louise and Oscar.
